This stunning historic home is located on the grounds of Montinore Estate Winery in Forest Grove, OR. Having been built early in the 20th century there were several layers of lead paint that had to be prepped following the EPA’s lead safe rules. Once that prep work was complete, we were able to apply our paint as we would with any other home.
